The first five are only the start of a large village. These are not a fleet of separate units to rent one at a time — they are built to gather, and the collection grows into a marketplace as we add to it. We will keep adding Market Stations after that, working down the list and drawing the concepts clients ask us for.
Because every Market Station is built in our own fabrication shop, the same structure can be converted to a different theme rather than replaced — interchangeable façades, signage, graphics, trim, architectural details and branding. Use a single Market Station on its own, several coordinated into a row, a complete food hall, a biergarten, a boardwalk or an entire themed marketplace. A serving station can become a destination. Several can become an entire environment.

The first conversion we designed into the Concession Park line is a European-inspired holiday village. New façade treatments, signage, garlands, lighting and seasonal architectural elements turn the same structures into a row of individual Christmas-market shops — an immersive seasonal environment rather than a few decorated tables. Built for German and European Christmas markets, alpine villages, corporate holiday parties, resort holiday installations and winter festivals.
December is the tightest calendar we run. Nearly every corporate party, resort installation and winter festival we produce lands in the same three weeks, and Holiday Village Market Stations are reserved first-come. If a 2026 holiday event is on your books, now is the time to hold your dates.
