That said, we know timelines change fast in this industry, and we accommodate shorter turnarounds whenever our calendar and growing schedule allow. If your event is soon, reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

No fixed minimum — every event is quoted individually based on the design, quantities, delivery, and installation involved. Share your vision and budget range and we'll build a proposal that fits.

Browse the site and add anything you like to your wish list, then send it with our quote request form — or just tell us about your event. We'll follow up with a tailored proposal covering design, rentals, delivery, and installation, and refine it with you from there.

We're based in Central Florida with studios in North Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, and Winter Garden, and we travel statewide for larger events. Tell us where your event is and we'll include delivery in your proposal.

All the time — much of our work comes through planning partners. We're used to working from a planner's design brief, coordinating directly with venue operations, and staying invisible to your client. Ask us about partner spec sheets and our trade program.

Yes — we're full service. Our team delivers, installs, styles on site, and returns for strike/teardown. We coordinate load-in windows, dock access, and timing directly with your venue so you don't have to.

Yes. We're fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue on request — just include the venue's requirements with your booking.

Florida weather is part of our job. We plan alongside your planner and venue's rain plan, choose weather-appropriate materials for outdoor installs, and stay flexible on placement and timing on event day.

Rentals are priced for your event's duration — we deliver and install before your start time and pick up after the event wraps. Browse our props & décor collection and add pieces to your wish list to get started.

Yes — custom fabrication is one of our favorite things to do. Our in-house shop takes projects from concept sketch to build to installed piece, from themed entrance arches to full scenic environments. If you can describe it, we can probably build it.

Tell us anyway. Between sourcing, our growing inventory, and our fabrication shop, we can usually find or build what your design calls for. Add a note to your wish list or describe it in your quote request.

We design with sustainability in mind — live plants return to our greenhouse, hard goods are reused, and we work to keep florals out of the landfill wherever we can. Ask us about options for donating or repurposing your event's florals.
